For adults 18 and older living in New Jersey, the program combines medical evaluation, nutrition and activity guidance, and regular follow-up. Your provider reviews your health history and treatment options, including medication when appropriate. Medication eligibility is determined at your consultation.

Understand your program fees.
$100 initial in-office consultation, then $100 per month. Three monthly payments are required in addition to the initial consultation: a $400 minimum total.
The monthly program is self-pay and renews automatically until canceled. Medication and laboratory costs are separate. Confirm current terms with your office before enrolling.

Are medications included?
No. The program fee covers clinical care. Medication is purchased separately from the pharmacy, and laboratory fees are billed separately. Your provider determines which treatment options are appropriate.
Can I ask about insurance before I book?
Yes. Call the office with your insurance details to verify coverage. The medical weight loss program has separate self-pay fees.
